FCI World Championship 2019
The FCI Dog Dancing World Championships are being held from 22nd to 24th November in Stuttgart, Germany.
Team GB
The Kennel Club of Great Britain has selected a full Team of four members for Heelwork To Music and four Members for Freestyle plus a reserve for each Team.
GB Heelwork to Music Team

GB Freestyle Team

Competition Arrangements
The Competition will be run over 3 days. The HTM Team Championships will take place on Friday 22nd of November. To determine the HTM Championship winning team the top three scores of each team will be added together and the team with the highest accumulated score will be the HTM team Champions.
The Freestyle Team Championship will take place on Saturday 23rd of November. To determine the Freestyle Championship Winning Team, the top three scores of each team will be added together and the team with the highest score will be the Freestyle Team Champions.
Both the Individual HTM and Freestyle Championships will take place on Sunday 24 November. The top ten scoring individuals from the competitions held on Friday and Saturday will compete for the Individual Championships in HTM and Freestyle respectively, carrying forward their individual scores from the Team Competition. This will be added to the scores they receive on Sunday to produce the overall Individual Champions for HTM and Freestyle.
The three judges for the Championship are : Ann DeRizzio (Great Britain), Johanna Saariluoma (Finland) and Monika Gehrke (Germany)

Team GB Manager, Kath Hardman, said:
Once again, I am privileged to be selected as Team GB Manager with a group of very experienced handlers and dogs who I know will strive to compete at the highest level against handlers from all over the world in Stuttgart.
The team is comprised of outstanding individuals and I am confident we will perform to the best of our abilities. We are very conscious of the responsibility of representing Great Britain and we are very grateful that we are already receiving support from our fantastic followers within Heelwork to Music all over Great Britain and beyond. We are all really looking forward to working together and excited at the prospect of competing at the World Championships 2019.
